At Christian Way Academy, we are a Faith-Based private school that believes Jesus Christ is Lord and the Head of The Church. We would like our children to know that “All things are possible to those that believe; and that without faith, it is impossible to please God.” The mastery of academic skills, Florida Standards, and readiness for 21st-century work, life, citizenship, and authentic real-world relevance will be the focus at Christian Way Academy.

Meet The Owner/Head Of School:
Mrs. Sandra Hopkins, a native of Miami Florida, attended schools in the Miami-Dade County area in which she also served as an educator for (5) years. She has a B.S. in Biology from Shaw University, Raleigh, North Carolina. Mrs. Hopkins holds a State of Florida Professional Educators Certificate and her Directors Credentials in Early Childhood. She has over (30) years of experience in the education field. She has taught children at all levels from Pre-K to Secondary. She has served as an Achievement Specialist, Professional Development Trainer, Parent Advocate, and Recruitment Specialist. She is active in her community, serving as a Board Member with the Pinellas County Early Learning Coalition as the Faith-Based Representative; she is on the Board of Citizens Alliance for Progress and is a Proud Member of The Tarpon Springs Rotary Club. Sandra has a strong passion to see every child that she comes in contact with to reach their highest potential and receive a quality learning experience at Christian Way Academy. She takes great pride in acknowledging her role as a wife, a mother of six children and four grandchildren.
